All prices are in Rwandan Francs (RWF) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but orders will be honored at the price stated at the time of order confirmation.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer delivery services throughout Rwanda. Delivery times and fees are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

• Customer unavailability at the delivery address

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging. To be eligible for a return:

• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• All accessories and documentation must be included
• Proof of purchase must be provided
• Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

7. Warranty

All products come with manufacturer warranties as specified. Extended warranty options may be available at checkout. Warranty claims must be made in accordance with the manufacturer's terms and conditions.
